    Default Can You Help?

    Hello,

I have just received all of my statements from FD since I joined them back in Nov 2003.

I have been looking through them and the only charges I can see is for interesticon when I have been overdrawn.

I presume I can try and claim some of this back and if so what do I put it down as on the spreadsheet and do I write the total amount i.e paid out £2.30 so I put £2.30 in the claim column?

I hope this makes sense and if not I will provide further details..

Have you had no other charges at all? No failed DD's or returned cheques, standing orders etc?

iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.
Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received

Not that I can see with this bank account. Can I contact all of my other old accounts even though I can't remember account numbers?

If you had no unlawful charges, your o/d interesticon will only be made of legitimate sums, the ones from you borrowing the bank's money, so no, you can't reclaim that. If you had had charges, you could have reclaimed the part of the interest that arose directly from the unlawful charges, as well as the charges themselves, of course.

Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.

Thanks. Thought it was too good to be true...
