    Smile Help needed ASAP with completing N1 claim form!

    Hello again!

    OK RBoS had until 25th October to refund me in full or else court action. Should I give them today also or shall I just file my claim today? I actually have to go into town and file it as I'm exempt from court fees so need to take my evidence etc in.

    I've filled in the 'Particulars of the Claim' with help from this site however I'm not too sure what to put in 'Brief Details of the Claim'. Anyone have any ideas as I want it to sound professional and that I mean it hehe! Any help would be great, thanks very much,

    17.10.06 sent refusal letter giving them until 25th Oct for a full refund or court action
    16.10.06 received letter back offering £830 as good will gesture
    11.10.06 sent letter requesting full refund within 14 days or court action
    10.10.06 received statements, charges come to £4451.76!
    26.09.06 sent initial letter requesting statements

    Hi Lynsey

    Under Brief Details of Claim, put the following text

    "MONEY CLAIM AS OUTLINED IN THE PARTICULARS OF CLAIM"

    If the deadline you gave in your lbaicon is up today, then go ahead and file your claim.

    iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.
    Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received
