Hi there,
i recieved a letter back from clydesdale stating they will not at all refund any charges and if i go ahead with court action they wiil counterclaim as i never ran my account properly? Is this just a standard fob off letter and do i sent my letter before action to my own branch or to the data controller? please help thanks
yes its a standard fob off, and the advice seems to be to send the lba to your own branch to keep everything in England (assuming you have an English branch)
hi alll i got a letter back from neil Mckirdy on 30th oct stating they re-opened my case due to my last letter of 25th oct asking for final payment of charges or court action would follow anyone else had this or should i just go ahead now with court action
Yes its the standard letter saying they will look at it again but may take some time etc ect.If you give them the time nothing will probably happen, just another stalling tactic.I would go ahead and file at MCOL
