Default Help with N1 claim for non compliance

I am just about to file a N1 for non-compliance of my SARicon (shAbbey).

    My questions are:

    1. How much should the court fee be. I can't seem to work out which fee applies to this situation. Has anyone done one and can help me????

    2. Can you do two non compliances (for the same Bank but different accounts) on the same form. It appears that you can but just want to be sure.

You need to put a "value" on the claim, and it will be £30 fee, I listed mine as £10 (for cost of 2xregistered letters plus stationery with receipts to prove)but i have seen one person claiming £25, so long as you can prove cost, if you do not specify a value i believe it is £120 fee, maybe some one else could comment

Your Data Protection Act N1 would be a single issue for all of your data, ie 1 x Ni issue but for all of data so in particulars of claim just modify to suit

Read this thread also http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...n-act-non.html then check out the other in the templates for particulars of claim.

Hope this helps and yes i have issued N1 for Data Protection Act and obtained judgement, i still have my N1 if you need further details

    Best of luck
