Been to the court and filed my claim
Been to the court just now and filed my claim. I handed over 3 seperate bundles each held together by a bulldog clip! Bundle 1 and 2 were identical and were for the courts and the Halifax
. Each bundle contained my N1, spreadsheet and copies of all my statements, my bundle contained my N1, my form for free court costs (cant think what it is called) and my Working Families Tax Credit form to prove my finances and a yes/no sheet that was included with the bundle I got from the court.
I think that was everything and I downloaded the N1 forms and cut and pasted the various parts from this site (adjusted for my own needs of course).
Does it sound like I have included everything? I hope so as I dont want it to go wrong!
Just got to wait for the courts to send me my copy of the N1 back with a court reference number!
