    Default multi accounts

    If you hold more than one account with the same bank and one has sufficient funds would it be that difficult in this age of technology to transfer funds over to service cheques, dds and so,s to prevent the other account going overdrawn?

    The thing is that the banks have a contractual ability to do this anyway - but they don't have to. They can take money from one account to service outgoings on another and this right usually appears in the bank's terms and conditionsicon. But of course they don't actually do it to help you - because then they would'nt get their charges would they?

    If it wasn't so sick it would be funny :?
