Hi Everyone
i'm really nervous, just sent my letter and cheque asking for all statements from the past 6 years! But i'm really worried it will go to court!!! What are the chances they will just pay up?
To be completely honest, you will probably end up going to some sort of court. Before you panic though, this will only be to file a claim. The banks are unwilling to make a court appearance as they will have to reveal the true nature and composition of bank charges.
In the meantime, keep following the forum, stick to your timetable and never lose faith.
Thousands of people have succesfully reclaimed millions of pounds. It's your turn to join that rapidly expanding club. I was successful so I know it's possible.
You always need to be aware that this may end up in court, it is not some sort of game to play, unless you know exactly what the outcome may be, at the moment nobody has stepped foot inside a court room and got the banks to disclose the true costs of their bank charges but who is to say that will never happen?
You need to be under the understanding that you may be that one person who brings a bank all the way to a court room, chances are of course this may not happen but there is also that chance however slim that it may!
just wondered if you could help, i know the advice guide say open a new account? has any had to do this? did they close your accounts down? i'm a but worried you see because i am in the red (in my overdraft) and wonder if another would actually offer me a new account please help
