There is always something new to all this claiming back business.
I've claimed against Barclaycard, and had the usual get lost letters so have filed via moneyclaim online.
That was about a week ago. Now Barclaycard have written, with NO reference to the claim, but have made without admission of liability, full payment (£120).
However, they have paid this since I began legal proceedings, so I'm assuming they need to pay me my interestnow.
Also, they are refusing to pay the £10 that I was charged for a SAR
and
as expected, they are refusing to pay for the £138 (ironic really) for the statements that they claimed were not covered under data protection.
I'm planning to e-mail them in the morning and state my postition, but just wanted to ascertain that I was right to stick it out until I got full payment of interest plus SARplus statements costs?????
Thanks
