Ok thanks for the quick replies. I can access the library link at top left of main page however can't access the consumer forum libraries section a third of the way down main page , it says i do not have permission. I have also had the same message when trying to open a link in a thread notably a template for reclaiming mortgage arrears fees , an N1 form i think it was. Any ideas.

Many thanks

i can indeed however there is only a LBA and no POC . If there isn't one on the forum no problem i can probably do one myself . It just would have been handy to copy on that has worked before.

Thanks,

Andy

You can use this link to access the library and you will then need to look in the section you require.

Alternatively, click on the green library link at the top left of the screen. You will not be able to access the library unless you are registered and logged in.
