Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
went into the bank today and asked for my statements for the past 6 years, they only charged me a fiver (why pay them more than you have too!!) for it and said I should get them within the next few days.
There's nothing worse than no replies on your first post!
Good for you that you saved a fiver!
False economy really, because when it comes down to the nitty gritty you claim everything like that back in costs! Did they give you a date? At least with the DPA the date is set at forty days. Some people on this site sail through everything - and I hope you are one of them.
Any other probs or queries - post!

i am a little way ahead of you but it sounds as though you are going strong right from the get-go. Just remember that once you have the statements check them so see that they haven't 'lost' a few months here and there. i had that and when i finally got them they were the worst ones for charges... strange i thought why would that have happened!
Funny that isn't it?
Page 114 of 114 was missing from mine. £78 worth of charges.
The poor dears their minds must be slipping!
