Looking to place a claim for around £450 in charges over the last year (I was slightly better off before that, so only the one years claim to make.)
I have got the last years statements from my branch after a number of weeks. So I presume that I don't need to put in my data potection letter.
Unfortunately, before I knew about any of the information contained within this site, I phoned my branch back in June and asked if they could do anything about refunding some of the charges. They gave me £50, which I accepted. It was all verbal and nothing happened in writing.
Can I still claim, less the £50? Or can I only claim from then on.... admittedly, the majority of the money I want to claim is more recent, when they started claiming £30... then £90 referral fees.
Help....
And thanks in advance!
GG
Edit... PS. Also, am I writing to just my branch?!?
