    Great site. Great advice.
    Posted my request to Barclaysicon 9 days ago. Got a reply 5 days ago saying they could take 8 weeks to investigate my complaint!
    Have bought an email address from here.
    My LBC is soon ready to be sent......

    I suggest that you spend a couple of days reading the FAQs and the step-by-step guide in the library section.

    It is most important that you understand what you are doing if you want to be successful with your claim.

    Start your own thread in the Barclaysicon Forum and post any questions and progress reports there.
