Thread: OMG please help someone!

Right I have had the request for the CPR part 18 and have printed out a letter I found on here the problem is my computer then crashed and my hard drive has been reformatted wiping everything off. I know I know Im stupid but I did not have back up copies.

I have done a new schedual of charges to send with the letter and to send to the court but my claim is for £3038.44 and my new schedual comes to £3617.61. I have gone through my statements 5 or 6 times and everytime I come up with the new figure. Can I amend the amount my claim is for at this stage or any advice please.

My next question is I do not have copies of letters that I have sent to Natwest. I can use the templates on here as I did before but I don't know the exact dates etc. can I ask Natwest for copies or is that just too messy.

Please help Ive got myself in a right old pickle!!!

Thankyou for replying. Ive been going through them all again all day and Ive finally solved the problem - I forgot to take off the refunds they gave me!! Panic over, well almost. I think Ive found all the dates that I sent out my letters so I think thats ok too.

Recieved aq this morning which I filled in with the help of this site of course. I have now posted my AQ, exemption fees form, CPR part 18 request letter reply and copies of my scheduals. Fingers crossed I think I might be nearly there!!!!
