Red face OMG please help someone!

Right I have had the request for the CPR part 18icon and have printed out a letter I found on here the problem is my computer then crashed and my hard drive has been reformatted wiping everything off. I know I know Im stupid but I did not have back up copies.

I have done a new schedual of charges to send with the letter and to send to the court but my claim is for £3038.44 and my new schedual comes to £3617.61. I have gone through my statements 5 or 6 times and everytime I come up with the new figure. Can I amend the amount my claim is for at this stage or any advice please.

My next question is I do not have copies of letters that I have sent to Natwesticon. I can use the templates on here as I did before but I don't know the exact dates etc. can I ask Natwest for copies or is that just too messy.

Please help Ive got myself in a right old pickle!!!

Have you got the recorded delivery slips to show the dates? Maybe you need to give it a rest tonight and try to make your spreadsheet fit your claim tomorrow when you are feeling less panicky. Check the dates on your claim and make sure you are not adding in advantage gold fees or the such like - or adding in s69 interesticon twice.

Thankyou for replying. Ive been going through them all again all day and Ive finally solved the problem - I forgot to take off the refunds they gave me!! Panic over, well almost. I think Ive found all the dates that I sent out my letters so I think thats ok too.

Recieved aqicon this morning which I filled in with the help of this site of course. I have now posted my AQ, exemption fees form, CPR part 18 request letter reply and copies of my scheduals. Fingers crossed I think I might be nearly there!!!!
