I am in the process of reclaiming 1,800 from Barclays bank, I have sent all the letters, put in a c.c.claim and have just received an acknowledgement of service

Can you open yourself a v's thread in the main section to advice and show others that another claim is under way.


Also if you want to, you can e-mail a MOD.
your Name, bank, court, and, case number.

It goes on a long list to help us keep a guide on the amount of cases to date.
