Hi all, i have been reading this site with interest today and have decided to go for it against Barclays bank, i am sure over the past 6 years we will have amassed more than £2000 in charges.
A couple of questiosn though
It is a joint account does that make a difference?
How do i get hold of the statements i need to work out the charges, what do i ask for all the statements? At around 6 pages a month for 6 years?? are they going to be shirty about it over the phone that i want them, do i need to tell them why i want them and who do i phone?
