Thread: RBS Credit Cards?

Has anybody successfully managed to either get a rate reduction or some other type of offer after there initial 6 month introductory has expired? I read somewhere you could ring up and sometimes they would lower your rate. I spoke to a lady in the RBS cards dept but she was adamant that they would not lower it for me. Any suggestions?

I have managed to get rate reduced on some of my credit cards in the past by phoning up the companies concerned and asking if they have any special offers on. Cant remember if i tried with RBS though. You could always try again and see if you could persuade them to give you a better rate. Sorry cant be more help.
