Default Non Specific Info On Charges

    Hi all,

I've just recieved the statements from my bank for the past 6 yearsicon having sent the DPA letter in the library.

The charges are outlined by general monthly entries like TOTAL CHARGES TO 07JUN20XX rather than the specific reason for each charge.

Is this an issue, or should I just fill in the spreadsheet with the information the bank have provided me with?

    Thanks

If HSBCicon, you are in luck!!

Ive done a couple for me, HB, plus friends. They do seem to cough up pretty good.

So let that spur you on to claim against any others. Be aware though its addictive!!! Once you start, you'll want to dig out all old finance accounts to claim!!

Just follow the threads and enjoy yourself as well as trying to get your money back!!!

It can be frustrating at times, but remember there are others in the same boat as you and having a sense of humour will help you along!!!

Look for the bank you are claiming against and post your thread in there - thats is the best advice I can give you!!! Read other peoples threads and try to find someone who is at the same stage as you!!! You may find it a great comfort when things hard and frustrating!!

If you ever get stuck dont be afraid to ask!! We have all been there (me included - and I still get stuck)!!

    Good luck!!

By the way this postisnt meant ot sound flippant - but I mean it -having a GSOH - really does help!
