Had a letter back from them not to offer me any money back . All they said in letter was this. We are looking into your concerns and will let you have an answer or update as quickly as possible,but no later than 08 November 2006. In the mean time if you wish to discuss this matter please call us. They have enclosed a compaints leaflet . Can any one help with this need to know what is next.

Ok as i said previously please read the faqs. I take it you have your statements, did you sent the prelim letter from the library?
