Response to statement letter

Hi

I wrote my initial letter to Alliance and Leicester asking for my statements on around 16/09/06. I received a letter about a week saying that they would respond by 23/10/06. I have today received a letter containing a print out of certain charges going back to March 2003. Not the last 6 years icon

as it is meant to be. They have not given me a complete printout of all transactions. They have also said that they have provided this info free as they have not treated it as a full data Subject access request icon

. They are making it sound as though they have not had my £10, which they have. They have agreed to credit my account with
£470 as a gesture of goodwill icon

. I am writing back to them to say that I want all of the statements for the last 6 years as per my original letter. I want all of my money back from them.

nick, i think you need to have a good read on the forum, and also a and l forum

you need all your statements before claimeing. there is a template for non compliance with SAR icon

You could send an lba icon

for non-compliance with the SAR which can also be found in the bank templates library icon

. They still have a few days left, but it seems unlikely that you will get the rest of the information without pushing for it.
