Euro debt are supposed to be paying Co Operative bank £1700 back slowly for my husband. They have just sent a letter (Euro Debt) saying that the creditor is unable to locate his account. It is also asking my husband to send any paper work he may recieve with regard to this account to enable Euro debt to negotiate with them. Most of this debt is down to charges and I have advised my husband to start a data protection letter to start with. Can anyone advise us on what to do.
