Received my statements after 3 weeks, not bad from what I have read regarding Lloydsicon. I have one question (at the moment) - The schedule of charges that is to be enclosed with prelim letter, can this be in the form of a hand written list detailing dates, fees and what these fees were for?

    Hi Aaz,

Yep you can hand write it but why would you want to?? Far better to use one of the excel spreadsheets found in the templates libraryicon and print off. If you dont have excel they are available online through vampiress'es chambers VAMPIRESS'S CHAMBER OF "CONSUMER ACTI...

    Thanks for the info.
Worked out my charges to be in excess of £2000 but how can you calculate the interesticon, understand that I will be liable for some interest on agreed o/d but how on earth can you work the interest out on the excess o/d due to charges, some of the interest payments can be anything from 30 -65 pounds a month?

    Appreciate any help!!

There is an advanced spreadsheet for that purpose, but from what I can gather its a bit of a headache. I've always left it out myself, as it would'nt have added much to the claim anyway, but if you think its going to be quite a bit then it may be worth it. I think you need the monthly balance in order to work it out, so if Lloydsicon have only supplied you with a list of charges this could be a problem. Ring the department who sent you the information and tell them you need statements - you should'nt need another SARicon.
