Hi, newbie here.... just received 6 years worth of statements from you know who, which is about 2" thick!!! I have worked out that there are over £2000 worth of charges, the big ones, £25 here and £29.50 there. There is also a load of other miscellaineous charges under the heading of ' Monthly OD charge' (£5 - £25) and another called 'direct debit Policy admin Serv' (£7.99) this appears and disappears throughout the statements of the 6 years like a wandering ghost!
What I would like to know is....... What is DD Policy admin Serv? And, would I be claiming ALL the charges ( the £5.00 ) or is it the failed DD, Paid Item and the larger Monthly DD charges?
Any advice greatly appreciated from you good folks..
I can now see how I got into such a financial pickle at the beginning of this glorious new century as the 'Carers of my financial health' regularly willingly and with such glee gave me £200 worth of charges.................. . for free.
