Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hello there i will use this as my thread to keep you all updated on my progress with Bank of Scotland and RBS.
Firstly i sent 2 DBA letters to BOS for two accounts that i held and the £10 charge was waived as a gesture of goodwill but they also sent me 2 years worth of bank statements each month in separate letters - money to burn on postage? and the other 4 years were sent in one envelope
Anyway these are my charges and the RBS charge on my boyfriends account.
RBS = £136.60 lba sent 07/03/06
BOS current account = £520 without interest LBA sent 07/03/06
BOS card account = £696 without interest LBA sent 07/03/06
My apologies if you already have done so, but if not, can you create a separate thread for each claim and post on those threads as you go along? Otherwise, it will become really really complicated to follow each as they develop. In the same way, each thread will help you keep track of the timeline.
Thanks, and well done to you. Keep us posted.
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
