    Default Wtf?

    I am currently working on my Girlfriends Credit card and bank account and her brothers bank account.

    As you can see from my signatureicon I have some success of my own, but what is the problem with Lloydsicon? I sent SARs for my girlfriends credit card and her brothers bank account on the 16th September and he has heard nothing and she received 10 months statements this morning - 24 months missing!

    I have already issued a court claim against Lloyds for her bank account based on an estimate because they failed to respond to SARicon and they have since gave notice to defend.

    Cant believe that they are being so unprofessional - I will get you in the end Lloyds, mark my words!

    Anyone else struggling with Lloyds? My claims were all relatively easy compared to these!!

    Lloydsicon stall at every opportunity and will use scare tactics where possible. But stick with it, like all of them, they pay up in the end.

    I sent my SARicon letter on 1st August & only received my credit card statements on Wednesday of this week!!

    When I made my first claim for my current account it only took a couple of weeks for them to arrive. I think they are snowed under with requests as a result of CAGicon's success. No excuse though.

    FIRST DIRECT: £4751.86 SETTLED IN FULL 5/07/06

    TESCO VISA CARD: £90 SETTLED IN FULL 12/08/06

    LLOYDS TSB: £4403.59 SETTLED IN FULL 17/08/06

    EGG: £451.52 SETTLED IN FULL 18/01/07

    Got a 'notice that a defence has been filed'

    Why do Lloydsicon put this pressure on the courts? It is appauling.

    So do I just fill in the questionaire and wait?
