    Default Just got my statements...

Looking through, there are a number of charges which are as follows:

CHG to dd/mm/yyyy to account number - £10

    Can these be claimed for?

Please read faqs and other peeps threads and this will become clear, basically you can claim what you have been charged as penalty charges, failed d/d s/o etc.

I would be grateful if somebody could please answer this question. I've read the FAQs and other peoples threads, but to be honest I'm just not sure what the £10 charge is for - perhaps somebody will recognise similar charges on their statements and can advise if they included them??? I asked in the chatroom and people said 'Yes' they could be included, but to be honest I think they were trying to get rid of me so they could carry on talking about how naked and drunk they were. Help much appreciated.

if they come off on the same day each month, then it could be they're Royalties charges and not reclaimable.

If you have a royalties account, do you know how much this is per month? If so make sure you deduct that figure from each month as RBSicon are now in the habit of combining charges, eg...

    Charge to 10 October - £42
    can be made up of:
    £28 (genuine charge) - Reclaimable
£15 Royalties premier charge - Not reclaimable.

    Hope this helps
