have posted my DPA letter to Capital One icon

together with my cheque for £10. I closed the account some two years ago, but I'm pretty sure that when I did close the account (I got SOOO fed up with them), it had about £100 on there for charges.

Will post when I hear further,

update:

so, I finally got my DPA stuff through from Capital One icon

Bank at the weekend and have totted up all those charges, it amounts to £72.00 in total.

have fired off a initial request for repayment to Mr Udy.

update: I got a cheque for £72.00 through the post last week - its all paid in and cashed, so this one is sorted too !

so thats three down, one to go ....
