    Default Please can someone help me I'm new?

    Hi I have just recieved all my statements and I am hoping to claim for 2 accounts, a joint account which is an interesticon paying current account and a Royalties Premier account. However, I am a little confused by the statements. Each month we receive an "Advice of service charge for the period" and it shows two amounts 1) The charge based on a Maintenance Charge £xxx & 2) Plus a fee of £xxx

    Which or is the account charge or are they both?
