    Default Weird response from HSBC aft prelim letter

    Was looking for some advice please. i was at stage two and sent in my prelim letter. now i've had a response under the 14 days i gave HSBCicon in the letter which included my schd of charg. the letter says the have refunded my £10.00 for the Subject access request but no mention of returning my owed od charges. do i wait the 14 days i gave them before i send the lbaicon, because i don't want them to say i didnt give them the correct time or should i send now.

    If the 14 days of the pelim letter is up, then yes, move on to the lbaicon. You set the timescales!
