    Default BOS Preference Acct

    I had my BOSicon Preference Acct passed over to Blair, Oliver and Scott a a few years ago and its nearly paid off. Just wondering who I send my SARicon to as I have no paperwork for this acct to check charges incurred - BOS or Blair, Oliver and Scott?

    Does anyone else know if I am likely to have incurred charges on it - I am guessing I did cos otherwise why else would I have defaulted and been passed to a DCAicon? Just so long ago I cant remember!

    Cheers for any info.

    Hiya, does anyone know re above? Its just funds are quite tight due to sending off so many SARicon and CCA's recently, so not sure whether to bother trying with them!

    SARicon should go to the bank. Blair etc are acting as collection agents and are not the ones who will eventually give you your money back (unless they have heaped charges on too!)

    17/11 claim #2 started - incl creditcard
    30/11 - CC statements received
    31/11 - Prelims issued - RBS paying up, only M/C to go)

    Thanks for that - wish I'd added it to my other BOSicon info, would have saved me £10 and would have got the info shortly! Will check my funds and see if I will do this just now or wait till December.

    In theory the original request to BOSicon should cover you as they are supposed to let you know of ALL information they hold on you, it isn't account dependent it's "personal"....if you see what I mean. If I were you I would simply pop them another letter, referencing the first, adding the other account number. Good luck.
