Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Well today i received my cheque from the litigation team for £722.00 (which was cleverly written as "Pay- L.Stevenson into account number ********" so i could only pay it into that account but im not complainin!)
In the process of claiming my charges back i was charged a further £56 and have received letters to say i will be charged another £56. I kindly rang the litigation dpt and told a lady there who replied "well you will have to pay the cheque in quickly wont you!"
I asked if i needed to start claiming from the start for these £112.00 charges which she said yes!
Now is there a letter i can send to say im not scared to go to court so give me them now!?!?!?
