Thread: Saffy v BoS

I sent my first request for refund of charges 2 weeks ago and am about to send my second. There has been 2 extra charges since I sent my first letter so can I add them onto this letter or would that just make me look like I don't know what I am doing?

You can add on them at this stage. I've had to do exactly the same thing. I simply added a sentence stating that the amount I was claiming had gone up by £xx because two more charges had been applied to my account.

Thanks for that. I did plan to add a bit onto the letter but just wanted to check with some of you knowledgable people first.
