Question Abbeys EXPERT witness (struscott vs Abbey)

    Hi,

Sorry if this has already been covered elsewhere, I did have a look.

I have just had an acknowledgement from the court that Abbeyicon will be presenting an expert witness (in the form of an Abbey employee - no further info provided at this point). Has anyone else had this happen and if so what happened next?

Getting a bit worried that I might actually have to go to court - it would just be my luck to be the test case!!!!

    All advice welcome,

    sam.
