Thread: Account closed, am I still able to Claim

Hi Guys,

I have just reaslised that I opened an account with The Woolwich in 2000.
I then closed the account in 2004.

Am I still able to claim back the charges that I incured during that time?
I understand about the 6 year time scale but am I able to claim from say 2001 to 2004 even though the account is closed?

Actually, may need some more advice here.

Have The Woolwhich been taken over?
If so, who do I need to send my SAR to??

Hi i sent all my correspondance to my Branch that way i knew where everything went. There are stickies on each bank forum with the contact details should you wish to use them.
