Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have searched EVERYWHERE for an account number for a Halifax account number which I had about three years ago to no avail. Any ideas how I could trace it?
Hi, dont worry about your account number, just send your DPA SAR letter with as many details as poss i.e name and address at time the account was opened and they can trace it!
You are the subject so there shouldn't be any problem ok?
Good luck!
