Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights

Clarification PLease
Hi.
I must be getting closer to my money by Now!!!!!
Natwest Acknowledgement is up tomoro. So far I have heard nothing from them at all (only correspondence was from court).
As far as Im aware there is no defence, Cobbets who I have read so much about have not been in touch!!
I have filed my papers manually, so they can not claim that they have not received anything etc etc.
Can anybody tell me what I am likely to expect now?
And if I hear nothing tomorow, what action shall I go and take!!
As people may know from previous threads of mine after Natwest have taken their £400 overdraft off me, I will need the rest of the money to file against Nationwide, Wooly, Kensington and Ge Cap who are all on hold due to the cost being apprx £500!!!!
But more importantly at this stage, I want my default removed off my credit file!!!

Re: Clarification PLease
Ok so off thread for all those who have followed this little walk in the park!!!
7 yrs ago wanted (in hinesight - what the b****y hell was i thinking) a little boglin!!
Couldnt get one, despite lots of practice (is this too much detail?).
Anyway after lots of yucky hormoan (yep thats rite) tablets along came Lucifur male number 1.
then despite experience and qualifying as Child Psych (well lets face it I needed all the help I could get), we wanted boglin number 2.
then was told because we still with same partner (appartenly it doesnt count if you go a bit grey or add extra pounds) we dont count for IVF, but they did offer more Hormoan pills.
So was about to take them, but delayed, as had very nice nite planned away.Drank copious amount of "cheap" champange!!! then Dah Dah Dah
Along came Miss Satan!!!! So true to her sweet little name, bless!!!!
Hey so despite past problems and BF - ing, I had nothing to worry about did I!!!
So can anyone tell me, that after another nite on champers (ok why do I sound like some posh bird swiging champers daily here - anyway I digress). Ok you guessed!!!
Anyway, boglin number 3 (another boy) is exactlly 12 months and 3 days younger than Miss Satan!!
They all very wickid, but in a mad moment of mushiness, they are so fab!!!
So the moral is - stuff fertility drugs and get P****d on champagne!!
I suppose I should spout some speal about this is my personal opinion and please go and seek professional advice - but hey when all hope is lost get drunk!!!

Got a bit carried away with housework (not) and trying to work out the pro's and con's of a relative going bankrupt - and a few beers as well as preparing a claim for an ERC - but I'm here now!

Re: Clarification PLease
I havent been on site since our last chat the other day!
I got through that bottle of wine, one of the mods advised that I went to the Welcome forum to help newbies. So spent an hour or so directing them to their bank forum. got quite drunk!!! I think I started to nag the mods about upgrading me from novitate!!! The fact I still got one green square means my drunken plees fell on deaf ears ha ha!!!!
I need more people to click my scales I think Ha Ha
