I ran a business for three years but due to high bank charges and interest my business folded,this has affected my health and i have not worked in the last year.
Please could you tell me if i can claim the charges and interest back on a business account.

Business charges are claimable, spend a few days reading the site, you will find other members in your position.
Make your self a personnel thread under the bank that you use, follow the link at the bottom of this post "list of banks".
As you read through other members experience you may find that there is some action you could take against the bank by taking these charges unlawfully and causing your company to close.
It will take some time and effort browsing the site as it is a hive of information and not only on the bank charges.
