    Angry BoS Personal Loan

    Hi,

Was looking for a little bit of advice - I got a loan about a year ago now with special T&C's however thinking back, the document i signed didnt stipulate any of these terms etc, i think it was just a blank template to sign as opposed to a full set of conditions etc.

Ive signed nothing else since then - im trying to get a copy of the agreement to double check though. If it is the case that it was a basic template and none of the conditions that were verbally detailed to me are on it, does this make it unenforceable?!

I would send the B of S a request under section 78 of the Consumer Credit Act is you are unsure what you signed. It will cost you a £1, and the letter that you need to send is in the templates.
