Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I'm in an IVA and my Lloyds account is one of my creditors. They (LLoyds) continue to send me monthly statements adding further O/D interest even though i'm in the IVA and have been since 14.2.2006? (I thought that no further interest would be added once in an IVA?) Today though i've received my 'normal' monthly statement and on it is a deposit! of 287.63 pounds with the payment type as CCD REFUND? Anybody know what this is?
I sent the S.A.R - (Subject access request) letter on 9.8.06, received copy statements on 7.9.06 and i total my charges to be 4756.50!! Also, when i manage to get all of my charges back, can LLoyds insist that the money due to me has to go into my LLoyds account (which i no longer use and is part of my IVA!), or can i ask for a cheque? Would be grateful if anybody else out there has had the same/similar experience with LLoyds. Penny
