hi.
Does anybody have a contact tel number for 3, which would take me to a Uk call center.
I have compaint, which I have put in writing twice and called their offices (indian) 5 times. Im getting nowhere with these idiots now.
However, they keep phoning my house at all hours!!!! (I have two babies which they keep waking up)
The latest phone call, threatened me with debt collectors coming to my house (yeh right), you will never be able to get credit again (ok they dont know about this web site and how it tell us our rights then)!!
I quoted the harresment speel but the last chap just demending money off me.
(I owe then one months payment £15 Sept, because they didnt bother to change the direct debit details to my para account).
I have the money to pay up (yes I am being padantic) but until I speak to a manager I m not going to.
How dare they phone me and threaten me like this, for something they acknoweldged is their problem!!
So if anybody can help me out I would be most grateful cheers

If you call 333 from your phone, when you get through to Bombay ask them to transfer you to the Glasgow office.
Alternatively, if you use Skype or something else where you get cheap or free international calls you can call 00353 14325020 to get through to their call centre in Southern Ireland - not UK but the next best thing!
Having said that - if your complaint is about harrassment then you would be best putting your complaint in writing.

I have even sent it recorded delivery no acknowledgement nothing!! justmore overseas calls.
I know I should just pay up and that would be easier, but their sheer ignorance at this matter needs addressing me thinks.

Amazingly they are both off work so will have to wait until tomro.
They said they could get someone to call me back from bombay....and this is after I explained the problem of speaking to their staff in Bombay!!!!
I wish I had never signed up with this company!!! Im only 1 and half months into a 18 months contract!!!!
Its going to be the longest 18 months of my life!!!
