Does anyone know how long BOS take with these things?? The 40 days from my cheque being cashed ends on the 5th of november and I am more than willing to take this further (especially as they have cashed my cheque!!)

I would normally start the 40 days 2 days after i sent the SAR to allow for the post. You can always chase them up over the phone.

They seem to be stalling. When my info did finally arrive it was incomplete and then when the second lot arrived it was also incomplete.

I am in a similar situation with Lloyds. I used to have an account with them but have not kept any details of it. I was advised by their customer services to go into a branch with some form of identification and they could try and do something for me.
