    This is nothing new - so are all the other bank    s.

    Some of the banks have been complaining that information about their litigation is being posted on this forum. This is because they don't like it and it is one of the features of this forum which empowers the claimants.

    It is scarcely possible to imagine a situation when it will be to your disadvantage not to post here.

    Hi,

    I know there has been talk about bank monitoring forms. However in my most recent from Citicards, a solicitor by the name of Brian Smith, mentions Consumer Action Group by name. He started his letter by saying . . .
    “As you know by the Bank Action Group website, my client, Citifinancial Europe plc, defends all cases brought against it . . .”

    Even though I knew this was being done by some banks I was still quite surprised/shocked.
