    Default I'm new here! Where are the templates for the letters?

    Sorry i think i'm just being thick here but where are all of the letter templates to use?

    I'm claiming £4.5k worth of charges and got a letter from RBSicon offering £830 as a goodwill gestureicon!

    Want to accept as part payment but still going to pursue for the rest
