I posted the first letter asking for my charges to be reimbursed, recieved a letter this morning saying that it was my fault the charges had come out in the first place due there being insufficient funds in the account and they were allowed to charge for this. I'm trying to claim approx £1800. Could someone give some advice as to the next step i should take Pls
