    Default Egg - No response to DPA-SAR

    Despite 2 follow-up phonecalls to Eggicon and an e-mail they have not replied to the request although they have acknowledge the letter. 40 days are now long since up and I don't know what to do! I have no idea of what we would have paid them in charges so don't know what about to put in the pre-lim letter.

    What do I do?!!!!

    At the start of the forums is a section entitled "Libraries", where you will come across the thread of "Bank Template Library" or something like that! Here you will find what you are looking for:

    It is Template Letter 3 at the bottom which is applicable. After the 7 days notice, immediately file an N1 claim with the county courticon if you still haven't received your SARicon. Post back here when that time comes for further help if you need it.
