    Default banofi v Barclaycard

Hello, I'm doing 3 claims at the moment for three current accounts. Have just decided to claim against barclaycard, and just sent off the Data Protection letter. However so I can draft out my next letter requesting my charges back, is there a template letter for credit cards as I know it'll differ from the current account ones. I also don't know how to work out the interesticon for the credit card charges as the spreadsheet works out interest on overdrafts??? Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

There are templates for credit cards in the bank templates section where the other letters are, in facxt if you cannot see what you need just modify the bank a/c letters to suit what you want!
    Hope that helps

Found it thanks. I started using the bank account letter and copied in some of the credit card letter as well. Found the credit card spreadsheet so I'll have a go with that.
Maybe this forum could do with some big buttons that take you to different pages (just an idea!). It's a big - but excellent - website.
