can anybody help with this i have tried to download the pdf file in the template section without success and anybody e-mail it to me all i need in the final chapter of my case
You should be able to save the N1 pdf as a blank, although you will not be able to save it in a completed format with any details added - there is a 'lock' on the form which prevents this from happening (not initiated by us, let me add).
Since you can only save the blank, you might as well just open it from the link whenever required.
