Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
This is my first post here.
I am trying to find out if I have charges with Barclaycard, I have been a customer for 6-7 years.
Anyway, I sent off the letter requesting statements and a £10 cheque.
I have a letter back with statements for May 2004 onwards to October 2006.
No charges on that but there might be charges around 4-5 years ago, but I cannot be sure.
How do I go about finding this out?
And what letter would I need to send next?
