A month ago we had a meeting with our Manager and informed him we wanted a total refund of all charges incurred for going over our overdraft limit, we informed him we would take the bank to court because of the inconsistancies of not paying and paying our direct debits, some were refused even though we were within our overdraft limit. Yesterday our Natwest Manager telephoned us to say he could not authorise our demanded refund as it was over £500 and he would take it to his Manager and would get back to us within 24 hours. Today Natwest agreed they would refund all our charges £625 in total.
