    Default Capital One Statements requested

    Called Capital Oneicon today to request all statements since 2002, I was told they will be with me within the next 7 days.

    I checked the website and for duplicate statements they have stated a charge of £2 per statement!!! OMG!!! anyway there was no mention of a charge when I spoke to them today thankfully.

    Did you use the DPDR letter template ? it clearly states to ask for a list of your charges and you will accept statements.If you just requested statements they are entitled to charge you per statement, it's all in the wording of the letter.
