    Default Had an offer from Natwest........

    Natwesticon owe me around 1500.00

    got all my bank statements through and sent initially letter asking for money back got a letter from my branch manager saying they will offer 250.00 goodwill, sent back lbaicon letter reffusing money unless partof full amount.

    have recieved a letter from Start Higley offering 650.00 and that 'acceptence of this offer is in Full and finalicon settlement of my claim together with acknowldgement that there terms and conditionsicon will continue to apply'

    so is that saying that i will make no further claims but written cleverly? and also should i settle if not what is nmy next move?

    Standard stuff, even if they had offered you the full amount and you had chosen to accept, they couldn't make you accept their conditions.

    Just continue as planned.

    Standard rubbish, accept it as a part settlement inform them you will seek th ebalance.

    but keep to your timetable so IF you get to court you can show you have given them every opportuinty to settle.
